Helping you meet COVID-19 testing requirements

Effective January 15, 2022, the Biden Administration requires plan sponsors to cover the cost of at-home COVID-19 tests.1 As your pharmacy benefit manager, we’ve developed and deployed a solution to help make meeting this and other similar requirements easier for you and your diverse population.

ACCESS: As the FDA has recently approved new at-home tests, we are working with our supply chain partners to ensure at-home tests can be found inside participating network pharmacies.

SIMPLICITY: This network solution makes it possible for at-home tests to be processed through the pharmacy benefit when it’s added to your covered drug list. We’ve designed the solution to meet mandate requirements.

PREDICTABILITY: You can provide predictability at the pharmacy counter: members can fill up to eight over-the-counter (OTC) COVID-19 tests every 30 days for $0 copay. After eight tests, any additional tests they try to fill under the pharmacy benefit will reject.
